Logo & branding
While creating the icon I took inspiration from popular quizz gameshows like Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy... For logo design I used the "button" users see when answering trivia questions and slanted it to create number "3" and "VIA". Now we have a totally unique play on the word trivia. Yellow and black as the most powerful contrast are used throughout to create cohesive experience.
To create more fun and enjoyable experience, gamification was brought in as well so players can enjoy the game even more. As well as being a fun way to play the game, it created more interest and revenue as well as positive feedback from users.
Helpers & packs
The new update featured helper cards with famous characters that can help you answer questions.
You earn badges by winning games and with overall progress within the game.
In game currency
You can purchase coins as in game currency to unlock pro features, extra question packs and a lot more.
Mobile devices were being used as a companion for the Apple TV game. Multiplayer mode could host up to 8 players at a time. You would read a code from the TV and enter it in your mobile device, create a quick profile and be ready to jump in the game room and play with your friends.
